This stunning rare vintage glass vase was produced by the renowned Cornish glass manufacturer Liskeard. Designed and crafted by Jim Dyer, it has a bubble knobbly design in a clear glass colour. Hand blown with a glossy finish, this art glass vase exudes a mid-century modern style that is both elegant and uniqueIt has the initials on the base of the vase the Liskeard in-bossed stamp on the base (see picture). The vase is very thick glass and heavy in weight.
Perfect for adding a touch of retro charm to any home or collection, this vase is a true one-of-a-kind gem for lovers of decorative pottery, ceramics, and glass. Produced by Kim Dyer Liskeard Glass back in the 1970s. Liskeard glassworks was established by John Randle in 1970, it was one of the first glass studio's outside of London. Jim Dyer, Bill Robson (ex Whitefriars workers) and Duncan Randle ran the successful glass studio called Liskeard Glass. At the time it was most notable for its fine wine glasses and tankards.
